The following Terms of Use will apply to your access to EKKI’s Repertoire’s Database (from now on referred to as “EEDB”), and use of data, information and contents contained therein:
- EEDB contains information about the artistic works managed by EKKI. This includes works that are collectively managed by EKKI, and may include international works licensed by EKKI.
The information about said works contained in EEDB has been incorporated by EKKI from a variety of sources. In order to keep EEDB updated, we often change the data, information and contents contained therein and incorporate new ones.
- For that reason, EKKI cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, quality or reliability of the data contained in EEDB. In consequence, EKKI disclaims any liability for any loss or damage that the user may incur, directly or indirectly, because of any errors or omissions in the data, information and contents contained therein.
- EKKI owns all rights to EEDB and to the data, information and contents contained therein. The main purpose of EEDB is the search for information about the works within EKKI’s repertoire, and the investigation and information about said works, in the form that they’re presented. Except as expressly authorized by EKKI, the user shall not, nor shall the user allow any third party to copy, distribute, download, publish, modify the content or format, include in any other database, software or derivative works said data.
- The data, information and contents contained in EEDB may be downloaded or copied with evaluative purposes, either for the users benefit or for the assesment of third parties. The user shall not, nor sall the user allow any third party to sell said information, nor offer it for sail or market it in any way or format.
By accesing EEDB, the user acknowledges and agrees to comply with the Terms of Use previously exposed. The user also renounces to make any claims against EKKI, its board members, its workers, its associates or its licensees.
